この9ヶ月で21商品でました。昔パン屋の上司に「工房は戦いだ」と言われてスピードも技術の習得も死に物狂いでしたが、パン1個1個たちも毎日が戦いです。戦いにやぶれて消え去ったパンたちも沢山、ほんとうに沢山ありますが、そのパンのおかげで、いまのラインナップがあります。いまでは50種類ほどに増えました。
今年の特徴は、パンだけの枠にとらわれず、パン以外にもお惣菜や焼き菓子も出したことです。21商品、写真を中心にご紹介です。最新情報は、常にFBで更新しているので、FBをご覧ください。
Sancha created up to 21 kinds of new items. Plus some items came back on sale such as Bacon epi, Cheese campagne, Whole wheat bagel and etc etc. It’s my everything and my life to create a new item. While unfortunately some couldn’t survive, even those items gave me many lessons. Thus more creativity thinking came to my mind and blew more fresh air to Sancha. It is just a blessing. Thanks to all the matters that happened to me, Sancha has got around 50 kinds of items baked everyday! Wow. FYI, the updated info is always updated over Sancha’s FB:
In February:
1. Caramel banana pound cake $1.0
Organic banana and homemade caramel.
In March:
2. French toast (bagel version)
I got a hint from one I had in Praha. It’s made with bagel. Soaked in mixture over night.
3. Cheese cake $1.25/cut
For ordinary cake like sweets. Sweet less with selected ingredients. Bottom part is made by homemade whole wheat cookie.
4. Tomato bagel $1.0 (Tomato bagel with cheese $1.25)
Kneaded with 100% tomato pure. No water added.
In May:
5. Raisin ball $0.5
Coming with much raisin. Born by a word of a customer.
6. Big Yakisoba bun $1.6
Big size of Japanese sauce noodle bun. Born by a word of a customer.
In June:
7. Curry L size $1.5
Big size of Curry bun. Not deep-fried. Baked with a smear of olive oil.
8. Croissant Chocolate $1.15
Even much chocolate inside! Best-seller. A customer gave me a tip to enjoy: “Put in a freezer a bit. Then the chocolate gets chilled and it tastes even more delicious!” I tried it and she was so right!
9. Pound cake Vanilla $1.1/cut
Made by flour batter manner. My favorite.
10. Malongo’s Hot Americano $1.80, Cappuccino $2.0
Such a revolution. Thanks to many requests, Sancha serves drinks, also!
11. Croissant Hotdog $1.25
Hotdog with croissant dough followed the one at my previous workplace. In Japan, it comes with mustard sauce. In Cambodia, I expected ketchup would win majority’s of fans. Surprisingly, however, nothing on the top won!
In July
12. Eco bag $0 (Sancha 4th anniversary special present)
Sancha’s original eco bag.
13. Carrot juice $1.0
Squeezed organic carrot. Due to some difficulties in maintaining quality, it’s stopped selling now.
In August:
14. Croquette $0.8/ piece
It was one of my dreams to sell croquette since I saw one at a Japanese bakery in Bangkok. It’s more than welcome for Japanese in a foreign country!
15. Croquette sandwich $1.5
With homemade sauce and egg mixture.
16. Dora-yaki $1.1
Because I saw a picture in a Japanese magazine. I felt a nostalgia. That made me make one!
In October:
17. Pine pastry $1.25
It’s already stopped selling. But I believed that combination of croissant and fruit would win a fan sooner or later. That came to an idea of “Apple pie” afterwards.
18. Kara-AGe $1.5
Fried chicken in Japanese taste. “When there is croquette, there should be Kara-AGe!” My theory.
19. Kara-AGe sandwich $1.5
Chicken and egg. Perfect combination.
In November:
20. Ham Croissant $1.25
21. Apple pie $1.15
アップルパイ、子ども頃、母が大好きで食べていました。昔から私も、甘いものには目がなかったのですが、どうもこのアップルパイなるものは、ジャムの甘さが甘ったるく感じてしまい好きになれませんでした。なので、母がアップルパイを食べるときは、わたしはカスタードパイを食べていました。幼いながら、アップルパイがカスタードパイとあいのこだったらな〜と空想していました。我が家でパン屋に行くときは、「しょっぱいパン2個と甘いパン1個」がお決まりだったので、おとなになってからもアップルパイとカスタードパイを2個いっぺんに食べることはなかったのですが、ずっと、アップルパイがカスタードパイとあいのこだったらな〜とはおもっていました。その思いから、サンチャでカスタードくりーむ入りのアップルパイが生まれました。
Mom used to love apple pie. But the one she always had was too sweet for me because that came with only apple. A traditional way of apple pie comes with apple and all I met followed this traditional way. I wish there had come with custard cream so that they would harmonize each other in my mouth… Sancha’s apple pie comes with apple and custard cream.
